Sister of the real Li Bai and Cui Yao's girlfriend.
She grew up in an orphanage, which left her starved for family love.
This is why she abandoned Cui Yao after learning that she had a brother living in Anluojie. When Li Bai became mortally wounded, she offered to be his donor, however she was tricked by Yang Chong. Instead of saving Li Bai, Yang Chong changed his face to resemble Lei Li's and dumped his body into sea. Yang Chong's experiments had turned Lei Li into a violent, brainwashed puppet playing the role of Li Bai, but she was able to regain her original personality after getting "killed" by Li Wei in Wang Wenli's route. It's implied that because of Yang Chong's experiments at least her body is not fully human anymore.
