Description

Toshizo Hijikata is the acting commander of the Shinsengumi.
Know to his men as the "Demon Vice-Commander", he has a tough, disciplinarian nature. However, his thoughfulness and maturity make him stand out from the rest of the Shinsengumi, and he takes great pride in acting as a rigid foil to Kondou's lighthearted leadership.
