Contradicting to her looks and her voice, Lolotte is a real foul-mouth thorough without any malicious intention. She is always carrying “Tontoro”, a piggy bank filled with 500 yen, and always breaking it. She also carries a guidebook around, the guidebook seems to have everything in context (although the instructions are often wrong). Rosenkreuz family is one of the Ryuusei City’s multimillionaires. She commutes by car, and her butler Riesling never leaves her side outside the school grounds.

In battle she uses water element and her power is not strong, however her speed is unpredictable as well and decent charge speed, making her support in some battles. Her title is Elemental Muse.
