Mordred Foley describes himself as a selfish man, completely dedicated to his job. His social life is basically nonexistent and he tends to manipulate people around him.
Mordred was born in a middle-class family, which he left at 18 to enroll in the Chemistry faculty of the University. Due to his bad results, though, he quit after 3 years and started working as a police officer until the age of 35, when he founded his own agency: Foley Investigations.
The agency fell under the spotlight when he sent two of the most dangerous serial killers ever, Jennifer Kingston and Robert Herrington, to the electric chair. However, after their execution, he underwent an investigation for falsifying the evidence presented during the case, which completely destroyed his reputation.
On the 24th of February 2066 Mordred was acquitted of all charges due to lack of evidence, although the media and the relatives of the victims are still convinced of his guilt. The case is still considered open.
