Edit summary for revision 30 While I'm at it, doing a "loli content policy". Not sure which page this should go and not sure if it's really that necessary. | ||
Contents | <...> nterrupt the reading parts for long amounts of time and aren't very long, even during class trials._ | <...> nterrupt the reading parts for long amounts of time and aren't very long, even during class trials._ # Content policy Because of this, while browsing this website, users might find triggering content or VNs with very explicit sensitive topics (sometimes, even images) like rape, violence, child abuse, transphobic/homophobic content, gore, explicit sexual scenes with "loli characters" (characters that look like children) and more. In some cases, information can be presented without censorship or warnings, and images with sexual content can be accessed by everyone with no restrictions. While we understand such content might not be suitable for everyone (and even unlawful in some parts), VNDB is aimed to be a comprehensive database for information about any visual novel, regardless of content or age rating and open for everyone around the world. Because of this, we have a strict policy of not removing VNs entries because they might be triggering, have sensitive topics or explicit themes. |

This page is a scratchpad/sandbox to be used by VNDB moderators for drafting guidelines before they are moved to the proper pages, keeping track of proposals and tasks and whatever else may be useful but doesn't quite fit on one the existing pages.
1. d9: Discussion board
1.1. Rules:
6. Do not bring outside drama not related to visual novels or VNDB. If you have a problem with someone else's actions on another website, forum or social media, keep the discussion on those places.
7. Moderators are humans too. Do not expect them to be nice to you at all times if you are disrespectful towards others or if you keep ignoring their warnings.
8. Sometimes we can't give an answer or respond to every question, request or suggestion. This (often) doesn't mean we aren't working on it or was ignored. In most cases we make changes slowly and silently or even leave it for later, if we don't have the time to work on them at the moment.
2. d15: Special Games
2.1. Deleted Games
- 13 Sentinels: Aegis Rim
An adventure game with no narration or VN parts. Almost all dialogues were made in speech bubbles (meaning very few ADV or NVL sections) and is constantly interrupted by short walking and interactive parts, even when not counting the Tactical RPG portions of the game.
2.2. Borderline Games
- Danganronpa series
While dialogues are numerous, these are mostly very long, made in a VN format (sprites, background and ADV text box). Besides the investigation parts, the mini-games never interrupt the reading parts for long amounts of time and aren't very long, even during class trials.
