Everyone has different definitions of spoilers. For example, some people complaining in Reports regarding spoilers, mention darnest things that I would never consider to be spoilers. I'd say that if the company included something in the OP, they don't particularly care about spoiling those particular points, and some OPs cannot be skipped, so I'd say the tag is pretty useless.
