A cleavage is the exposed area of a dressed woman’s breasts lying over the sternum, and refers only to what is visible with clothing (or dense, nontransparent body art) that includes a low-cut neckline. In some cultures, display of cleavage is considered aesthetic or erotic, and may be associated with garments with low necklines that expose or highlight cleavage.
Cleavage is whenever a character's upper chest area is prominently visible from the clothing, mostly achieved by a v-neck cut design with a wide exposure. For females, their nipples must not be uncovered to qualify as cleavage.

DENIED: A truckload of characters will be tagged with this due to the hundreds of nukige and because the applicability isn't defined well- does the character always have to be exposing their cleavage to qualify? What's to stop people from applying this to characters that have underwear, swimsuit, etc. sprites but otherwise are more modestly clothed?
