I mean, do we need a separate trait for obi, as it's already part and parcel of the kimono. I don't think there are any situations, where obi would be used without kimono. We have one trait, which describes an unusual obi wearing practice (i3057), which makes sense, but I don't think we need a trait for your usual everyday obi.
