Half-tie is when someone tied their hair (i.e. ponytail, twin tails, etc.), but still letting down some or most of their hair.

Denied. From the title alone I thought this trait is a version of Neck-tie or Bow-tie. Now that I know it regards a hair style, I'm denying it. The wording is such that it would apply to pretty much every character that uses some sort of tie or hair ornament in the hair and I strongly disagree with at least a few examples. Seems like a trait that will be either not used enough or overused to hell and back. I would rather reject it. Also the title seems to have been completely made up by the proposer....
