There's a download link available for the full game already patched, and also the tools used, which were created by the uploader of the pre-patched game. These tools can be used to create a better translation.
Maybe I shouldn't link the website because of piracy, but it can be easily found with a search engine. The "Pick Topic/Conversation with girl" part of the game is not translated, because the developer can't repack the translation to the original file.
