VNDB 2.15: Getting sidetracked

|I had intended on working on either RFC-01 or the permanent filters, but ended up doing all kinds of unrelated things. Still, I hope you'll enjoy another minor site update.|
- Added a simple VN vote listing page.
You can now get a list of all users who voted on a VN, and there's a more simple page for listing all the votes of a user, without all the status-related information.
- Added "General discussions" board.
All non-VNDB, non-VN, non-producer and non-user-related discussions go there. Note that it's not called "off-topic", so try to keep the threads at least related to the world of visual novels.
- Added a more detailed tag links voting page
It's now possible to get a list of who voted on each tag for each entry, and what VNs have recently been tagged. The interface is a bit crude and not all that user-friendly, but it makes moderating the tags a lot easier once you get the hang of it. This page also displays the date on which the tag vote has been added, but since this information wasn't stored previously, all old tag votes will have the date set to today.
- Removed the "expand/collapse" links from the history browser and the users' posts browser.
There's now a single list which is as compact as the previously "collapsed" view and has the same information as the old "expanded" view.
- Removed the old "browse a users' tags" page. Now replaced with the more detailed listing.
- Moderators now also get a "last edited on .." message after editing a post (by default, can still be disabled :)
- Consider "senpai" and "sempai" the same in the VN search
- The screen resolutions are now translated (finally...)
- Many (backwards-compatible) API changes. See d11.
And while I'm on the topic of getting sidetracked, let me use this post to announce a small VNDB side-project codenamed "Serika". Serika is an experimental API client and is quite useful for playing around with the API. It's currently rather useless for non-coders, so I haven't provided a windows build (and while you can make one yourself, it is a hassle to get the setup right and it requires patching my code. It's easier to just install Linux or FreeBSD or whatever).
The source can be found here.
And let's not forget the obligatory screenshot. (Excuse the dark theme and lack of window borders, that's just my setup)
