< report >I finished the story with tsuzuku nichijou end and reincarnation end, both are kotori's route and already feel manzoku, kore de ii...un, oshimai...ii hanashi da...un...kusu....

I have no interest for the other girls but should they have good story i may as well read them otherwise i want to continue to akeiro keiketan.

Can i expect something good from the other route?

< report >Not really. It is all about Kotori; the rest you can skip without missing much. On the other hand, it is not a particularly long VN, and the rest won't take you that much time. It's up to you.

< report >Just in case anyone finds this in the future: you should ABSOLUTELY read Yumi's route, at the very least. Iyo's and Azusa's routes are skippable, but there really is no reason not to read them.Last modified on 2023-02-07 at 22:04

< report >Is there a suggested order? Like, will one spoil the others?

< report >I'd say Kotori first and Yumi last, though there is a good lot that would recommend you otherwise. For background, I'm always under the 'read the main heroine last' camp, but ones like this and DameKoi are a few exceptions to that rule.

While I can see why someone would say Kotori - last, as she is the main heroine, the entire narrative revolves around her, the other routes may feel superfluous after finishing Kotori's - which is quite true for a majority of readers, finishing her route last may give readers the best ending note and catharsis [wasn't for me]. Though after finishing it, I certainly wished I had read Kotori first and listened to the other side. Your experiences may differ.

The reasoning being Kotori is the main heroine- reading other routes felt like redundancy breaking the narrative the common builds up. One of the major plot points flows much much better when doing Kotori first and is probably the main reason I'd say to do her route first. (Major spoiler: the freezer). That plot point drives every other routes, and I felt it would get less and less personal as you do the other routes, leaving Kotori with the least emotiveness if you were to do her last. Kinda as in other routes spoil Kotori’s, and reading it first may give the best catharsis. The VN felt very consistent with all its plot beats if done Kotori first, and I felt the writer had written it in a way that assumes "everyone will be reading the main heroine first duh". A further major one is other routes' plot points may damper your expectations for the Kotori route (which it did for me), as in, you may expect a relevant detail introduced in another route to be introduced over the Kotori's as well, only to leave a sour taste when Kotori's conveniently omits it.

I’m for 100%-ing anything you read, so yeah, read all the routes. Kotori first. Yumi last. And the other two however you like in the middle.

And Yumi route had the best conclusion scene anyway~

< report >As the other user said, Kotori first, Yumi last. Playing Kotori's route first is particularly important because the story is centered on her and all other routes will spoil you on the most important part of the plot; plus, all other routes feel like bonuses. As a result, it is wise to experience the main plot first, so to speak, and then move on to the shorter "what if?" scenarios.

The other heroines can be played in any order, but I'd advise you to go about it like this: Iyo -> Azusa -> Yumi. Iyo's route has almost nothing going for it and is pretty much just a retread of Kotori's with slight deviations, so you might as well get it out of the way first. Azusa's and Yumi's have their own identities, but Yumi's is MUCH better written, further expands the setting and also happens to have the happiest ending in the entire game. Saving Yumi's route for last is probably the best way of walking away from this story satisfied.Last modified on 2023-02-08 at 05:47
