First Decent EVN

All other english developer VNs are really bad, so bad that I cannot finish. This one had good music, decent routes, and great girls. . The common route still needed some work on pacing though. Despite being fast it seemed to take forever. I would have preferred a funnier male character than the stereotypical gay dance choreographer. This may have helped move things along. The game really started shining after the common route though. Once you get into character's route's you can tell the writers really had fun with it.

Anyway hopefully this studio actually made money off of this and they can use this experience to create an even better VN. I would like to see more of their work, but if they close down after this VN at least they can say they did a good job.

Both Katawa Shoujo and The Letter are better than SSS. I agree with you about the musics though.

SSS is mediocre. It’s only really notable because of Sekai’s marketing and the half-decent production values.

Even if you do suppose that it’s good, it’s far. from the first good one. Soundless - A Modern Salem in Remote Area - and VA-11 HALL-A are both excellent EVNs; they just didn’t appeal as much to the core VN audience as much.

Oh yeah those are good points @shining17 and @kominarachromer. My first VN was Katawa Shoujo but I didn't think about it for some reason. It didn't seem very commercial I suppose. I've heard good things about valhalla but I only really like VNs with cute girls and that felt too plot/gameplay heavy. Hadn't heard of the others before.Last modified on 2018-09-22 at 04:22

I agree with michaelsmith. This is a pretty good EVNs, even thought it hardly have choices or the few voice acting. The story is good and is way diferent between each route.
