Impossible to find

Hey guys, so I have been trying to get my hands on the game, but it is proven to be impossible. I have tried many sites and downloaded separated files to extract them, and nothing. Trying to buy the game is impossible too; because Japan doesn't ship Yosuga no Sora overseas.

I tried contacting licensing companies if there is any chance that we could get Yosuga no Sora with a translation, but so far no one has replied. :/
I would love to buy it if there was even a chance to, but at this point I am very afraid that we will never get the game.

My question would be if anyone else had a copy of the Game Files, and would be willing to upload it? I know this is not helping the company at all, and it is really only my foolish self that really wants to play the game after seeing the anime, but would anyone be willing to help out.......?

Sorry if this comes off as cheap. I would really love to buy it, but games such as this and Kara no Shoujo (the first game was localized THANK GOD) are hard to get your hands upon. And, should no one be able to, is there a chance of finding a group that would pick up the translation, like with KnS2?

I am trying to find possibilities to share the game with the public.

What licensing companies did you contact? It would be pretty cool if MangaGamer uncensored this game.

Well, so far I only contacted MangaGamer on twitter.

I don't know to which other companies I could still go to. ;;;

We can't teach you how to get the game without paying. It's probably possible, given how it's a mere 10 years old, but that's not a thing here.

However, you should be able to buy it, if you really want to. There's even a download version listed, so no shipping needed. There should be help for how to use whatever given shop sells this, just like there should be guides about how you could possibly ship a hardcopy to yourself, even if the shop doesn't ship overseas. The latter however could end up rather expensive and more annoying. If there are problems with buying, people here may be able to help.

There's definitely stuff that disappears, but most definitely not a game like this and this fast. (edit: And even if it would be the case, this would still not be the right place to ask for a copy, unless the game is freeware of course)Last modified on 2018-09-09 at 15:50

I was actually looking for this game yesterday on Amazon JP. It was 12-13k probably due to sheer age. The same thing happened to Fault!! so I reckon honestly you're kinda SOL unless you're willing to pay through the nose for it.

I understand. Sorry for the trouble. > <
I would actually prefer a localized version, officiall translated and all.

I sent Fuwanovel a message asking about this as well. :')

Oh, so my best friend helped me look at it (she knows Japanese) and this is DL version! I'd just to have buy it and install it. This is great! Now I only need to save up WWW
It'd be nice to have a physical copy though.... I am a collector trash LMAO

Thank you for the help!

In case I get news from Fuwanovel or MangaGamer, I will make a separate thread (if the answer is positive, otherwise I will post their answers here!)

Okay, so you NEED to add a creditcard, otherwise you can't buy the game. Well..... this sure is crap.

Ah, forgot about that. You are right, I don't see any option other than CB when I try to buy. Well, typical DMM... I mean, Fanza? Them putting misleading information in their top page is like listing products you can't click because of your ""area"". Those guys are retards anyway and I will never use them (I had enough of their constant password reset because of ip change).

No worries. c: I see they accept VISA. My best friend has a credit card, so I will take a look and see if it works. Once I tried, I will definitely come back on this. o/

I like collecting physical stuff as well, and I'd recommend buying a used copy on Amazon. While brand new copies are seriously overpriced, there are a few secondhand ones with a more realistic price around 4-5k -> link (from my experience with Amazon.jp, everything with quality labelled as 良い or 非常に良い is almost as good as new - I never got anything worse than a box with a few barely visible scratches).

You'll have to use a proxy service though, since they don't ship eroge overseas. There are a few services like that available - personally, I'm relying on Goody-Japan (link).Last modified on 2018-09-09 at 20:47

Given how mad Japan likes to be about "used goods", I wonder how these "used goods" are even sold. I mean, they were literally used by some random dude before, right?

Well, that's true. I wouldn't buy a used onahole, for example.

>>torrent it
I am afraid that won't be the case, because there is none that actually works that I know of :"D The concerns I am having, if I cannot run the torrent version, how would the bought version work? I would have to change system locale to Japanese (which I have, but it doesn't work haha :'D ) so I am worried if I were to purchase it, and it wouldn't run. Yikes.

Use the Japanese title for searching. It took me just 2 minutes to find a working torrent with Google.

After that, you can get the partial English patch and read the common, Kazuha, Sora and Nao routes while you figure out if you can buy it or not.

The torrent was working fine, but the yosuga.exe file doesn't react after trying to run it. Which is why I am worried if it would run if I even bought it. OTL

The usual things to do are disable antivirus/try compatibility mode/get that Japanese locale working properly.

#23 -- You need to run it in jp locale. I just downloaded it, applied the 89% translation patch (which obviously was abandoned over a year ago) and it works just fine.

Under windows 10 I use Locale.Emulator.2.4.0.0, which also adds context menu items for .exe files, so it's really easy to use.
