So I played its so far not completed it yet and I have to say I found my self more focus on making money rather romancing anyone so far due too the fact getting a role you need certain requirements not only that you have to pay rent on top of that note am only on the second mouth but its super slow so beware of that. Also getting the requirements to play the role dose not mean that your done yet. You have to actually get the role first by selecting the current emotions. If you don't get latest one star you won't get the role or the money. I really can't say how well the romance is but so far all I can say is if you can micromanage working and romancing in games this is for you but if you don't like the idea of trying to work and only want to romance then this is not for you.

Welcome to the wonderful world of Datings Sims where time is padded by boring gameplay and while the Japanese let go of the Genre over a decade ago, amateurs (which may pretend to be professionals) from not-Japan (and maybe some from Japan) can not help but leap back to that time because that "gameplay" is more profitable (because one spends less money and risks less) than writing a good story.

#2 That's not fair: Hibiki Works is still milking the genre for all it's worth too, and otome/fujoshit dating sims never left.

You're not the only one who feels that way, OP. This review of it popped up on my Twitter feed the other day. link

To be honest, I played the first demo way back when the Kickstarter was going, and I didn't think it qualified as a VN under VNDB's rules, which is why I never added it. There's almost no narration from what I remember, and you spend most of your time stat-raising. Of course, this was a long time ago, so maybe it changed since then (and I know that they introduced cheats so you can have maximum everything from the start). It's a shame, because it seems like there was a lot of effort put in the gameplay and foreplay mode, but not enough in the writing to make those worth it.
