In Universe Metafiction VNs and their relations

|I finished reading Zenra Toukou School a few days ago and just discovered this evening that there's two side scenes after you finish the game. In one of the two scenes the main heroine Hisahara Shizuku is in a bookstore with her classmate. They're in the adult section and her classmate has been asked to buy a visual novel for her teacher.|
This visual novel
Zenra Toukou Shoujo-tachi wa Minna no Onahole!
And she and her classmate remark that the game doesn't really get Naked Scholastic's Week right. I don't know how to handle this relationship. There's no choice for 'this game is metafiction within this other title'. I listed it as 'same setting' before I discovered this truth. Now I really don't know what to do.
In fact I've met with this before where the protagonist of
Shoujo to Sekai to Okashi no Ken ~Route of Ichigo 1~
buys the game
Shiiko Love ~Usugurai Heya no Naka de Shoujo o Model ni Eroge Seisaku~
In an effort to have sex with the game's heroine. Which is just crazy assed metafiction.
Hara ☆ Para!! ~Swan Nakadashi Paradise~
Where the protagonist becomes trapped in a virtual reality with the heroines of other swan games while playing one in some crazy twisted eroge logic. This one is less problematic because the metafiction becomes the protagonist's reality so it probably works as is.

|Should there even BE relations? It's often just the companies/circles making random advertisements for their games. It's a little different for Sakura, Sakimashita. , where there is a full blown eroge shop, which somehow still only carries 20xx eroge over 200 years in the future. But technically, that's also just references. The only title really looked at is Aqua, by the same dev. A heroine makes the protag read that.|
