Is there a kind of "vndb" for JRPGs? Of course I mean non-VN JRPGs like Final Fantasy.

I don't think something exists with heavy tag support. I may be wrong though. Gamefaqs was always enough for me.

Moby Games has a database-like approach to video games too.
I've never really managed to get into the site, which I don't find very user-friendly, but it's pretty thorough as a database for games!

GameFAQS is far more user friendly, but it's also filled with some errors. I'm not the heaviest user of the site, but I did remember seeing that Sonic the Hedgehog for the Master System was considered a port of Sonic the Hedgehog for the Mega Drive, and Vampire Killer for the MSX was considered a port of Castlevania for the NES. Other than that, it works alright if you're just looking for JRPGs and don't really care about the scoring feature.
MobyGames is a bit less user friendly, but it still works and has an actual staff feature, unlike GameFAQs.
Both sites are (inevitably) missing a lot of doujin RPGs; neither site has Seraphic Blue for example, and that's one of the most popular translated doujin RPGs out there. But for most purposes, those two sites should work just fine.

I'd like to see a database for DLsite games, it's not so easy to find new stuff to play on their website.

#7 It isn't complete by any strech of the imagination, but EGS has a decent number of HRPGs.
