|There are far more vague VN that focus on erotica and RPG element such as Princess Sacrifice and Lilitales ,the only reason might bring it is not VN might be it is one of the RPG maker game. At the moment, steam acknowledge it as VN,not sure if VNDB hold the same standard.|

|Steam is a store. Anyone can put anything there and people don't give a crap. Almost every VN is also tagged rpg there. Does it make those rpgs? No. If you ever search for games on steam based on genre, you'll quickly realize how wrong a ton of games are tagged there. |
Makes sense though. A lot of devs want you to see their game, regardless of if it fits or not. More sales. Vndb obviously doesn't care about that, so the idea here is to actually provide information about visual novels.
That said you are doing it wrong. Don't look at other things. Explain why this is a VN. Chances are you can't though, as rpg maker stuff usually has no VN style storytelling which disqualifies them.

as rpg maker stuff usually has no VN style storytelling which disqualifies them. You mean narration? Since, after all, (flat) sprites are more common and this game also has them, although narration...
the only text box I could find, after becoming fed up with the cosplay, that looks like "this is not dialogue" is this: link and I do not Chinese.
However, narration is actually not that unusual, rather many still have more game than VN, otherwise you could bet on me adding Fumika Fantasy~
