It's JAST, so probably 2025.

Welp, I just called common sense-chan and she told me

"Of course it is not stuck there but that is the latest update which is publicly available. Also you should try calling general VN knowledge-kun if you want an estimate."

I don't know what the first part means and even after calling general VN knowledge-sensei, I only got something inexplicable. Editing passes? A second editing pass? Maybe even a third? And then still QA? What's all that?

But one thing I understood: It's JAST.

Wait... the JAST version is only partially voiced?
Also, if they're allowing preorders, can we expect it within the next couple months? August even?

I would expect it within the next few months, yeah. They said they'll post a blog post where they go into more detail about the voice thing soon, but yes, it appears that certain minor characters that were voiced before won't be voiced in the JAST release due to licensing issues. It also seems that fixing this will be as easy as copying the voice files from the Japanese release over to the JAST release.Last modified on 2019-07-06 at 22:44

Aren't most of the minor characters' voices just the main character's voice actors doing a different voice?

The Japanese Voice Acting Mafia strikes yet again~

and no, I don't mean Yakuza that might have at least enough honor to not bother civilians and actually pay their actual bread winners more than just minimum wage.

No, not here because rather than minor and major characters, there are many in between. As one can see if Ctrl-F for the first MajiKoi, the only heroines that also voice others are actually and only cameo appearances. If you look at S (which has many more characters), there are like two VAs who do two (if you take aside the twins being voiced the same), only one if you take aside the cameo, leaving only Ayanokouji senior and junior.
