Other than that I expect functionality to be mostly the same.

- Tag identifiers have been converted to the new vndbid type
- The 'tag' column in tags_parents has been renamed to 'id', for consistency with other multi-table database entries
- The tags_aliases table has been merged into the 'alias' column of the tags table, for consistency with how trait aliases are already stored.

I expect that the first two changes will be applied to traits in the near future as well.
I don't have any breaking changes planned after that, so things ought to stabilize again. :)
