< report >To be Honest and after only seeing the CGs of Flowers , im rather worried about the art style of this upcoming game .
In my opinion the Flowers art style n charecter design is better than that of Cartagra n PP Pianissimo (Yeah , i have also played Innocent Gray's non translated work).
But, IN MY OPINION the best Art Style n Charecter Design were in Caucasus n Kara no Shoujo (Caucasus to be more precise).
The CGs n Background looked so refined in Caucasus.
I think one of the main reason why ppl didnt liked KnS2 more than KnS excluding the story was CGs n Background.
I think the reason for this change in art style is bcuz Japenese (or Asian , in fact) ppl like this long n almond shaped faces.
Would love to see your insights on this.

< report >First of all, I can't believe I'm talking to the real green pewdiepie on a VN forum, a pleasure indeed.

I honestly think Kara no Shoujo 2's artstyle was pretty much peak for me. I've never been more drawn into a games art than I was that. Flowers is very good too, though it tries to invoke very different feelings with its tone than Kara no Shoujo, so its an awkward comparison.

I haven't gained enough power in my nihongo to read the untranslated works, so can't comment on those.Last modified on 2020-09-16 at 00:35

< report >Could anybody go into detail explaining the differences in the art-style of the games? I honestly thought all of them had the exact same art-style, with the exception that flowers had brighter, more pastel colors and less shadows. I can't see how the art-style noticeably differs between each game in the Kara no Shoujo series. Also, I did all of your mothers'.Last modified on 2020-09-17 at 20:31
