Neko Para Vol.4 Neko to Patissier no Noel has this feature in the 18+ version, choosing between 18+ and non-18+ scenes, in this case by declaring whether or not there are other people around you (though bizarrely, these non-18+ scenes only exist in the 18+ version!).
