< report >Given that a significant number of them are very awkward, to say the least, I'd like to request an option to disable/hide the quotes from random vns that are shown at the bottom of pages.

< report >Custom CSS as well. Though I don't think there's a CSS selector for plain text nodes so you'll be left with the quotation marks.

< report >#2 Since the element is referenced to by a random string, the best I could do was to remove the entire footer. Not the best option but it's a workaround nonetheless, I guess.

very awkward, to say the leastI don't know what you are talking about.
"Asaga eagerly opened the bento container, revealing a mixture straight out of a hardcore tentacle fetish game."seriously, to say the least, an option for each and every little thing is definitely overkill. If you have some pseudo-OCD, you should already know how to custom-fu. Heck, even I have Stylebot and Tampermonkey which I so ever rarely use, well, I had them till right about now.
It's not like this is a pop-up ad that actually replaces the page when clicking whatever and auto-plays a video with deafening sound plus whatever other inconveniences some sadistic sociopath implemented.
On a side note, for fun I just tried to block the text with my... er, ublock I believe? I can't quite check since it just disappeared from my context+add-on menu, just giving me a crosshair that does nothing (on that page only) and where Esc offered no escape. I blame vndb's sadistic anti-ad-block policy and denuvo-like protection which attempts to sell us all kinds of kinky stuff, like tentacles in a lunch box.
Incidentally, I still don't get ads despite it seemingly crashing. Now I am not sure if I should jump to yet another ad-block.
