< report >A bit late but here is a more specific query with visual novels that doesn't have a male protagonist romancing more than one heroine: link

< report >It's such a complicated query just to avoid galge vns, and it still doesn't work. For example, your query filters out vns that aren't galge such as Muv-Luv Alternative, Umineko or Higurashi.

< report >Wait, Muv-Luv and higurashi aren't bishoujos? O_O
If this is the case I'll come with another idea in a moment.

Another more inclusive query: link

I can't do anything about those visual novels. I've read Umineko question arks, and I know it isn't a "galge". The main problem is the Heroine tag: It is so subjective that users tend to tag lots of visual novels with it, be it nukiges, kinetic novels, linear plots, etc., even visual novels with no romance or sexual scenes in them.
For this reason I can't use Kinetic Novel and visual novels with Linear Plot in the filter, because it will show other visual novels that have more than a single heroine.

Another one that includes those visual novels, but it also includes "galges" with additional/side stories where there is a protagonist that won't romance with anyone: link

Here is an overly simplified but not exhaustive list, just check if the visual novels that you've read are in there: linkLast modified on 2021-11-22 at 06:29

< report >To be exact, Muv-Luv Extra is a Galge, but neither Muv-Luv Unlimited nor Muv-Luv Alternative are Galge, so Muv-Luv would be tagged Galge (since it includes Extra and Unlimited) and Muv-Luv Alternative wouldn't.
Higurashi isn't a Galge, even though it has this weird 'harem' cast in the first vn, since the story isn't about the mc getting with any of the girls. Also I'd recommend to read Higurashi before Umineko.
The last link you provided seems pretty fitting at first glance, thanks
