Many of these do have visual novel aspects and are very story-based as the rules require, but what exactly counts as being a visual novel? Would things like "Tokyo 7th Sisters" or "IDOLiSH7", two games with not only gacha and rhythm-game aspects but also large portions of visual novel material, be added? |

Ezezin checked one of them, namely HEAVEN BURNS RED, and thought it qualifies, but in other cases we are just willing to let them stay until someone reports them. |

#4 by beliar 2022-06-22 at 21:07 | < report >Never encountered much of those. One of the Persona games is a rhythm game (Persona 4 Dancing All Night), but most of it is a visual novel, so it's staying. You cannot make a blanket check on the genre. Some of the rhythm games might qualify, others might not. Hard to say without specifically checking. |
