< report >link that's not how you should see it, Marc. if the game leads you to believe something from the start then later turned to be false, then you should still apply it with the tag. put yourself as someone who checked the tag before playing the game. Tsukihime is an eroge, you see the heroine promotional H CG, and the dev falsely made you believe about Protagonist's Full Sister as a Heroine, so naturally, you would expect there's Blood-related Brother/Sister Incest. but no! there's nothing there, you got spoiled!
it doesn't matter if the deed is done after something was revealed, the tag should be applied in order to avoid getting spoiled. that's the purpose of false tag, to make people believe the 'lie' the game made so people don't get spoiled by the absence of a tag.Last modified on 2022-08-05 at 14:35

I see, so your main points are that since it is indirectly implied (full sister is a heroine + the VN is an eroge) and the sister's HCGs are shown in promo art, then it counts as a no-spoiler indication of incest?
I get where you're coming from, but in that case why are there VNs where it's very obvious but still tagged as a spoiler? For example, Yosuga no Sora even has HCGs of the sister heroine right on the store page. In that case, why is incest tagged as a spoiler? This makes me believe that store page/ promo content and "indirect implications" do not count when tagging a VN. Or is this wrong practice?

< report >about Yosuga, yes, that's simply wrong. even there's nothing in the story that indicates something spoilerous about it. if you see the other VNs with Protagonist's Full Sister as a Heroine and Blood-related Brother/Sister Incest, all of them are set as no spoiler.

< report >I see, so if it is very heavily implied and HCGs are shown as promo materials then it should always be 'not a spoiler'. Thanks for clarifying, I've withdrawn my vote. I see you've voted 'not a spoiler' on Yosuga's Blood-related Brother/Sister Incest, please consider doing the same for the 'Twincest' tag as well.Last modified on 2022-08-05 at 15:05
