There are some uninterrupted obligatory long dialogues and most of the time presented in VN-like style (no backgrounds though), however very short dialogues are still numerous and constantly interrupted. All sex scenes are in VN style presentation (using CGs only). Gameplay-reading ratio is about 70%-30% if someone want to see extras, mini-games, side content, world exploring, etc. in normal difficulty; otherwise is mostly 50%-50% only in the "cinematic mode" option and if going directly to the next objective (no talking to people, no buying/selling, no farming for exp, etc.). It would be a very, very borderline (but valid) VN hybrid except for one single thing. The game is almost dialogue only.
