However, Protagonists B and C are still in Protagonist A's story, they just were put into the roles of a hero(ine). If Protagonist B is childhood friends with Protagonist A, would the Protagonist's Childhood Friend as a Heroine or Protagonist's Childhood Friend as a Hero tags still apply? Or would we specifically never use the Hero(ine) tags for these characters and instead solely focus on the protagonist tags despite the protagonists being hero(ine)s in other routes? |

I personally don't add Hero/Heroine tags if those Heroes/Heroines also serve as protagonists, but it can be debated if that is a right approach. Note that the idea is to eventually phase out all the Hero/Heroine/Protagonist tags altogether and only keep the traits, but such an undertaking will only be possible once Yorhel finally manages to implement the trait overhaul that would allow to link traits to specific characters. For example, you would be able to add trait "Childhood Friend" to a character, and then link to another character whose childhood friend this character is. Let's be honest though, this will only be implemented some score years from now, and I'm being optimistic. :-(((( |
