It doesn't look like Steam version is any different from regular download version. Same engine, same languages, same publisher, same age rating. The only difference is release date.
And there is no need for the Early Access version anymore r36834. It became a regular download version.Last modified on 2019-08-09 at 18:07

@2859: Not dupes r56179.19. Just a shortcoming of how the VNDB treats the additions of new languages. I sincerely hope a new system will be created one of these days.

@2865: r57714 actually seems to have been released.
@2867 and possibly a question to Yorhel too: Geeky Obsession seems to have had some of the translations published in text form on their website. At least I can see existing links using the Wayback machine, but I cannot open the links anymore. For example here is the page for r61956.
However, the group has been accused of plagiarizing most of their works from other translation groups. Read about that more here: link, though Google is full of links regarding that particular drama. As a consequence the group has shut down.
Frankly I don't know what to do, because it seems those three TBA translations currently on the db had at least partial text translations published, though how much of that was their own work is questionable, as it seems of the two translators working for the group one was plagiarising things while the other one was genuinely translating.
And even if we decide to keep the group and its projects, I have no idea how to date the partials, as the actual links are all dead...

I'm still on the fence regarding text translations in the first place and with these not being available anymore, not going to be finished and being of questionable sourcing, I see no problem with deleting the lot.
Generally speaking, plagiarism doesn't disqualify a release entry in the database, but a producer entry would depend on how much value they have added (e.g. proper packaging in patch-form might be good enough, but just rebranding and leaking/republishing wouldn't).

Just noticed the changes, so I'd like to fill in.
I was about to support Geeky Obsession, but now I'm not sure how to feel about this, so I'd just like to apologize for giving the mods more unnecessary work. I trusted their work to be original and updated often enough to be considered TBA releases.
As for the Amitte Sukku entry... I admit, I planned to publish some translations of my own, but that has since changed. Never expected anyone to dig deep enough to find that. And I also didn't want to ask for removal myself, because I was afraid of backlash. Again, I am sorry for making more work out of it and I won't be making any more changes like that unless I'm confident enough to do so.
