Seriously? WTF Yukino in Irina after?

< report >I finished the main game shortly after its release and I just realised there was this sequel while checking for "naka no hito nado inai" on vndb.

Yukino is my least favorite heroine of all, for several reasons I care not to explain, those who agree with me will know why.
While Irina is my favorite heroine (along with Ell, so I'm really happy they both get their route in the fandisc), again I'm not posting here to explain why I like or dislike any heroine.

The thing is... this route is supposed to be an IRINA AFTER, so why the hell do we have a harem route including both Irina and Yukino? (even though Yukino only get to be in the last ero scene in the 3P), the only good thing she adds to this route is the fact that Jun and Irina have "cough" interresting situations, having sex while Yukino sees/hears them and/or make her jealous about how they are in love with each other.
But seriously? it was quite obvious Irina was quite a jealous heroine from the main game (I mean jealous for a eroge heroine ofc), so please explain to me how come SHE is the one to come out with the harem idea? I mean, come on, if it had been Kuon, I could have understood better, and to be honest, I like Kuon a hell lot more than Yukino as well, that would make the route so much better.
I'm not saying Yukino is bad, just that I don't like her that much, and that the fact that she is included in this route as a heroine makes me furious, so I had to complain somewhere... to someone.

btw I haven't played Ell route yet, seems pretty obvious we get some entertainment from Kuu and Ell's sister who's name I can't remember as well... but it's ok because I don't think they'll act like Yukino (because yeah, I forgot to say it, but what really made me furious was the fact she was trying to stop Irina and Jun from being lovey-dovey when they made it clear they were dating each other, and she did it just as if she had the perfect right to do so)

< report >Its not a sequel, it just shares the main character.
Harem proably because they wanted to add as much sex as possible in the fandisc.

but what really made me furious was the fact she was trying to stop Irina and Jun from being lovey-dovey

Because she was jelsous and wanted Jun for himself, why would you be mad?

I thought all the herinoes were fine, I like the Robot the best, ending was very unexpected.
I haven't finished the FD yet becaues I hate using MT's but I do really want to finish it since I loved the orignal game so much.Last modified on 2012-10-17 at 22:36

< report >Yukino was the typical jealous childhood friend. She acted that way. I just don't understand why that is so surprising. She is hurt/jealous and feels like she deserves the protag, which is natural for someone in her position. I just don't understand your anger towards Yukino over that situation. She was jealous just like any normal human being would be. Who wants to see the person they love kissing and hugging and holding hands? It's painful. You've never liked someone who had a boyfriend/girlfriend and thought that you'd be a better match for them?

It's also a fandisc (ファンディスク), which are notorious for random sex scenes and fanservice. Honestly, you gotta brace yourself for stuff like 3P if you are going to read fandiscs.

The following may be "too much information", but my ex GF proposed 3P when we were going out, and she was the type of girl who would try and check my texts/phone history any second she got. I'm just saying, women work in mysterious ways.

If you want the reason the dev's put the scene in the game. Fanservice for Yukino fans.

I'm not a Yukino fan. In fact I liked her the least out of the 4 heroines. Ell & Irina <3.Last modified on 2012-10-17 at 23:02

< report >I'm well aware of all of this, as I said it's just that I had to complain somwhere, made me feel better.

Its not a sequel, it just shares the main character.

though I have to disagree with this Azusa, it IS a sequel, both routes are sequels to Irina ending and Ell ending

Wait, the OP is a metalloid chemical element with an atomic number of 5 that is produced entirely by cosmic ray spallation? Huh. I learn something new every day... ( ̄ー ̄)

< report > was the best way to insult him while appearing funny at the same time (to me at least it was funny, note that i am depraved enough to laugh at my own jokes). But the second part is true, he is made by a cosmic phenomenon

< report >ah... i found a fellow mate, here grab a like from me. anyway i think the developer lazy to make 4 after story. instead, they make 2 short story and grab 2 heroines in a spoon.

< report >I was also agitated at this route. It just feels kind of dumb. I don't dislike Yukino, but I think it's kind of stupid to have it develop to the point where they accept her into their relationship. I woulda been okay with her being there and maybe having sex with them or whatever, but developing to be an equal of Irina and Irina being completely accepting of it was a big aggravating to say the least.
There's also the fact that Irina starts to love Yukino almost equally if not completely equally to Jun that's agitating as well.Last modified on 2014-07-23 at 14:22

< report >Wow, that would piss me off to be honest. So in love with you in the original game, and then suddenly loving Yukino just as much. What the heck are the writers thinking? Even though all three characters are into it, as a reader it feels kind of like betrayal.

Won't read the fandisc, that's for sure.Last modified on 2015-09-22 at 17:13

< report >#11, people are particular about what they want and don't want, especially with fandiscs ruining characters (in their eyes) that they've liked for a good number of hours beforehand in another game.

however i must say i'm biased here because i wasn't a big fan of what this fandisc did...

also due to the staggering lack of ran

< report >One would hope that at least the original writers won't betray the fans of their characters by breaking said characters.
