Also, since the protagonist is typically just a self-insert of the reader, every sex they have is with "others" unless they're masturbating. That said... according to the description of Engages in > Infidelity, both traits could be applied to a heroine who cheats on her boyfriend. Sex with others could be applied to any heroine, or non-winnable side character, who has sex with anyone other than the protagonist, at any point in the story, whether they're in a relationship or not, and whether the protagonist acquiesces to said sexual relationship or not. There are a number of games where the protagonist runs a brothel, for example, and whores his wives/girlfriends out to customers. This wouldn't technically be infidelity or NTR, but it would be sex with others. With that said, if sex with others could be applied to the protagonist, then it would have to be applied to any VN with more than a single hero(ine.) At which point it becomes redundant. The main purpose of the sex with others trait is likely to warn potential readers who wouldn't want to see their waifu getting banged by someone else. In contrast, the Sex with protagonist only trait is to assure them the opposite.
