I couldn't find an english walkthrough, but if you can find a japanese one, you can translate it with google and use that. The decisions have only yes and no as answers, and the delusion system is not that important unless you play the B-route. :PLast modified on 2010-02-09 at 08:20

Oh, I almost forgot to mention the overused yet very true phrase: Google is your friend! Don't ask for a walkthrough without looking around first!
(This is more of a general advice, not just for this thread. You'll probably find a walkthrough by yourself by the time someone answers your request anyway.)Last modified on 2010-02-09 at 18:33

Oh, I know all about google, (it was the first place I went) and I couldn't find an OFFICIAL English walk-through for the English patch at all...Last modified on 2010-02-09 at 22:58

Usually there are no official English walkthroughs on the first place, so it's not that surprising that you couldn't find one. Some translator groups, like mirrormoon, used to include a walkthrough or a flowchart with their patches, but it's more of an exception than a rule.

If a game doesn't have a walkthrough on GameFAQs, then your best bet would be Hongfire or some other forums. If even that fails, then there's no English walkthrough. Period. Personally, I used the google-translated Japanese walkthrough for C;H. As I said, the only thing you have to do to get the good ending of this game is to answer the series of yes/no questions in the middle and at the end of the game. It's not that hard to figure out.

And if you want to play the B-route which actually needs a walkthrough... Well, you don't. Really, you DON'T want to play that route. It's the worst kind of bad ending, one that you have to work for, so DO NOT DO IT!Last modified on 2010-02-10 at 21:11

I believe you are referring to Koihime Muisou. Look at the title of the thread again.
And playing Chaos;Head does need a walkthrough, linked by #7 and incidentally written by yours truly.

I know the thread is pretty dead, but if I recall correctly, you just do whatever to reach A/AA ending, and just always select the red triggers for B ending (not all of them are necessary, but picking only red ensures you get all of them). The only thing possibly requiring help would be the ch10 choices, but unless you haven't been paying attention to the plot you should be able to answer them.

Nope. A combination of Red and Green is required to reach the B ending. In essence, in order to reach B ending you have to select those hallucinations that feature the phrase "Whose eyes are those eyes?".

OK, I got it all, but one thing:
How the very first choices (when protagonist chatting with Grim about girls (glasses or swimsuits or what else?)) influencing the storyline?
'Cause I got the feeling that this influencing nothing at all. Is this "choices" just for the kicks?

^It's for shits and giggles. In other words no influence on storyline. Only some of his delusions might be influenced (like the sprite of FES when they escape the police) though I don't remember if that is that particular conversation that influences her sprite. If not, then it's really just for shits and giggles.

Does anyone know how the questionnaire effects the game? The one you have to fill out at the hospital.
