< report >I think I found what you're referring to on the wiki. I think that it was set as "B" (or "Bu"?) in the original Xuse release. Since Jast changed the "V" icon to "B" (Vanishing/Banishing skills) they probably had to come up with another way to rename those original "B/Bu" skill effects.

I mean, I remember Aselia and how sometimes you would get reinforcements appearing to flank you (the Malorigan campaign comes to mind in particular) but here, nothing. Enemy units barely move at all and when they do, it's just straight to your front line...

Aselia had a lot of room for improvement but it seems like a regression to me. Does anyone else feel the same?

< report >Yeah. As I wrote in my review, there is absolutely no variance in missions. You are always on the offensive, there is no AI to speak of and most of the missions break down to "control X location". Rinse and repeat.

The only improvement in the TBS parts is that, since it's not strictly turn-based anymore, your units can move more dynamically, but that's it. There really isn't much strategy involved, unless you are trying to be a munchkin by getting SS on every mission.

Speaking of Euphoria, Mai Goto got really overboard there, her voice is ridiculously shrill, I had to mute her after a while. It made me wish Kira was actually playable, at least she was pleasant to listen to.

< report >The enemies don't necessarily adopt a strict formation, especially the commander units that defend towns. They'll shift their formation around either in a pre-programmed way or in response to your attacks, adding an additional layer of strategy.

Question: is there a situation where Elemental is more useful than Holy? Not that Holy is particularly useful itself aside from the slight healing at the start of battle but occasionally it makes a difference (looking at you, Evolia and your Star Veil on Hard mode >_>). But so far I notice no performance boost with Elemental...
