Do the choices matter in the game? Do they change anything apart from immediate response from the characters asking the question, or is it just to keep the illusion of being a game?
The game has nice, relaxing story, don't get me wrong, I like how they show few interesting stories at once, but I've been wondering...

It has the "Linear Plot" tag, so this is most likely the case.

Making different choices unlocks extra scenes. You won't gain access to these until after you've completed the main game though.

Yep, I've seen it when I finished main plot(so sweet<3). Question : does unlocking extra scenes give some kind of bonus? There's this "Let's try a little harder" sign on the main screen so it bothers me

Try it out? I mean what's the harm in reading new stuff?

There's a guide on the Steam page to which days' choices matter. Once you've gotten everything, the "Let's try a little harder" will be replaced. It's pretty clear when you've gotten 100% because there's a "FULL CLEAR" screen.

When you see all extra senses unlocked by choices you get some more extra scenes and the last one to be unlocked is kinda of an epilogue. Also there are 2 extra CGs in those last extra scenes.

Which means you can't choose between Hina and Ano, and that totally suck! (yes I'm ranting)
