I actually did consider maybe they should be the same entry for a bit, but here's why I ultimately disagree with that assessment. The studio is entirely different, not only that but Norimitsu, the scenario writer, is the only member of the team that stayed on when Nitro+ picked it up. The staff is completely different. There are other entries of earlier versions of the same work existing on VNDB, Both versions of Dies Irae for example. Also Sparach Zarathustra had a mostly different writing staff and a different script, and is allowed to be it's own separate entry.
