Wasn't this announced as an April's Fools joke or something?

You are correct. Game Grumps is not a VN, it is a let's play group.

If you mean Dream Daddy, then yeah, it's a VN. There's a few minigames, but it looks like they make up a small portion of the game and there's plenty of narration. Not an April Fool's joke either, it was announced on (US) Father's Day and released yesterday. link

Wait, THE Game Grumps? I was confused what kind of "Game Grumps" this "producer" is referring, that I was tempted to make a topic asking what Game Grumps the contributor is trying to refer to. And possibly start a debate this "producer" should be deleted.

@#5

Research? Well if you just simply search "Game Grumps," you'd just only get the "Let's-play-group." Of course, I even searched "Game Grumps Visual Novel," but it returned searches of what VN games Game Grumps actually played. As if searches could ask for anything specific about it. You can blame simplicity for that.

I'm not sure what's so confusing. The Game Grumps crew themselves may not have been drawing the art and doing the programming, but the game is still published in their name, funded by them, and marketed as theirs: link

This is a Game Grumps game.Last modified on 2017-07-21 at 17:56
