I'd ask for formatting but maybe that is asking too much and would be more work. As it is right now, if you try to add line spacing in your notes by using Enter or if try to format your notes into paragraphs, then the line spacing is automatically removed when you are done editing & refresh the page. If it's possible to implement line spacing it would help making the notes section seem more neat and organized (or would allow you to have your notes consist of short bullet points instead of writing up text walls. Would appreciate it if the option was available but I understand if it's not a focus to implement. |

#1506 by fallenguru 2023-03-23 at 11:49 | < report >It just occurred to me that it would be nice to have patches catalogued in the DB as well. Patches in the traditional sense, i.e. official ones that fix stuff post-release. They are patch-type releases, aren't they? It's often far from obvious whether there is a patch for a given game / what the latest version is. Even EGS usually contents itself with saying that there is one, probably, and it's hardly reliable in that regard, but info that might help acquiring said patch, not so much. Case in point, I probably wouldn't have found the SakuMoyu patch if I hadn't stumbled across t19973—it isn't even mentioned on the game's homepage, AFAICS, just in Favorite's main support section. Laplacian have seen fit to scrub the original 18+ release of Hakuchūmu no Aojashin, patch and all ... And of course studios just go tits-up and take their websites with them. Now, nothing much ever gets lost on the internet, but knowing that there is a patch, plus the version, official filename(s), and MD5 or other checksum would make all the difference between being able to find the things and not. Ideally there'd also be a way to specify what (base) releases it does or doesn't apply to—no use hunting for a patch if the release you have is pre-patched anyway—and/or conversely, a way to specify a patch-level/version for releases. To avoid cluttering the release listing too much, older versions of patches that have been fully superseded could be pruned as a rule. |
#1507 by otakuman007 2023-03-27 at 20:45 | < report >Argument given for deletion of this title, is pretty nonsensical. I actually played it. And VN part was pretty much solid part of game. On the contrary proclaimed movie part was pretty negligible. There were only animated sex scenes and few major scenes, with rest being you usual static VN game. Just with realistic looking images. So, unless you come with different more solid reason, I suggest restore entry for game. |

#1509 by otakuman007 2023-03-30 at 22:28 | < report >So, you made judgement on demo only? I see. You couldn't make a more wrong impression, then. Let's say it like this. Demo is basically only initial long intro animation. It's nowhere so prominent after that. Only the ero scenes and a few key story scenes with Sakurako are animated. Rest of game looks more like this: link link link In other words, a typical static sprites and CGs. It's basically a very simple VN with sim dating elements, which fills over 50% of the gameplay. So definitely not so "interactive movie" as you can wrongly think from demo. |
