Can a kind gentleman please give me spoilers regarding the NTR in this visual novel? I want to give it a try but I detest NTR. How bad is it? Which character(s) is it related to?

The English version of the game has the erotic content removed, thus there is obviously no NTR left there.
I assume you speak Japanese and intend to play the original version. In that case, from what I have heard, the NTR there is mildest of the mild. Personally I wouldn't even label it that, but YMMW.
There is supposedly a scene between Scythe and Ein, and a lesbian variation between Drei and Mio. I don't know if there are any other scenes.

"The English version of the game has the erotic content removed, thus there is obviously no NTR left there."

Many people attribute NTR to more than just that. The heroine can be stolen without any sex scenes and I'm pretty sure most people who don't like NTR won't think that's any better. The same events could still be there but all they do is skip the sex scene and at the end of the day all would still lead to the same outcome. They could also imply that the sex happened.

The meaning of NTR, much like the meaning of many things in life, eventually started to mean different things in different people's eyes.

The meaning of things like cheating or "stealing" a romantic interest eventually all just became "NTR". You will even hear that word a lot in the anime community, even though there is no sex in anime 99% of times.

Incorrect uses? many times yes, but that's what happens as time goes.

So what I'm getting at is, OP might be referring to more than just the sex and could actually be referring to anything related to cheating or another character doing something to one of the heroines.

Except NTR means 寝取られ which has sleep in it and implies actual sex.

As far as I know its meaning in JP hasn't changed and the kanji for it makes it easy to understand its meaning. Anime community is translating it wrong then.
