< report >It's been a while, so sorry if my memory isn't 100% accurate. Obvious spoilers ahead :

If I remember right the true end is an extension of Arisa's route, I think it's established in it that the MC chose her but I don't remember there being any additional sex scenes, with Arisa or otherwise. The focus of the route is on the rocket building, on a bigger scale than before.

< report >I have to correct #2 here.
The true end is not an extension to Arisa's route. In the true end their rocket club wins all 4 sections of Section Four. But the MC does not enter a relationship with any of them.
In the end of the route it could be hinted that Arisa and the MC will become a couple in the future but is not told or shown on screen!

< report >What a truly incompetent and pointless ending of a romance based vn with plot.

< report >Do you mean the true end?
If so, in what way is it incompetent and why do you feel that way?

< report >I'd think that was self explanatory? At the end of a vn which heavily relies on romance should have it's true route with it's true heroine. Doesn't have to be a new heroine, but one of the lot. Arisa in this case.

< report >Different readers, different opinions as well as different interpretations of various endings and such.
Personally, I don't have an issue with the true end.

< report >Well if feel a lot of readers just swallows whatever a developer hands them without really thinking too much, just like the good little consumers that they are. Why even have an Arisa route when the true route teases them "maybe" becoming a couple in the future? She should have been weaved into the true route.

< report >While I do understand your point, I think it still also depends on the readers themselves. Just becauese the devs view THAT end to be the "true" end, it doesn't mean we, the readers, must share their opinion, do we? So, we can view whatever end we want as the "true" end.
In this case, for me, Arisa is the true heroine and while she does have her own route there still exists another route which hints them becoming a couple.
Difference being that on her route they only win one section and in the other they win all 4 of them.Last modified on 2021-03-28 at 13:31

< report >I don't think its easy to disregard a "true route" which is why it's so annoying when they do stuff like this. Friendship routes, secret loli true route, teased character which has worse romance than all the others true route. This is a charage, i think most people will be most happy with a girl at the true end.

< report >Well, that is true too!
But at least for me, all the true routes games I read had, there always was one heroine in its center.
In this case it is the first time that the "true route" goes like this.
