Robotics;Notes DaSHMake no mistake this is a fan-disc not a new SciADV entry, it may be marketed as one but it isn't. 70% of the VN is messing around non-canon fan-disc stuff, last 30% it does actually get serious but feels like a bit of a rehash of the original. Still good, just let down my expectations.
Robotics;NotesGood time, there's quite a lot of buildup to the breaking point which felt a bit slow at times, but once it gets going it gets really engaging.
Subarashiki Hibi ~Furenzoku Sonzai~Not life changing for me, but the story's still great, made me think about stuff, lots of mystery and I liked the answers.
Oto ni Dekiru Koto is one of the most relaxing songs I've ever heard.
Hatsukoi 1/1Typical dating sim, I hate Runa, Kyou route made me order a pizza.
True RemembranceIt's True, I have no Remembrance of this VN, not even a year after I read it
TegamiNice short doujin VN, read it if you have 30 mins spare.
Adabana ItanA personal tale wrapped in Japanese folk tales, great at what it goes for. Aniplex why is this region blocked...
ATRI -My Dear Moments-An enthralling read, the small cast of characters and post-apocalyptic world really drew me in to it's atmosphere. Art and OST are phenomenal too.
Tokyo BabelPeaks in the first 2 hours, I've forgotten the rest of the VN. Forgettable Chuunige, lots of religious concepts though if that intrigues you.
Psycho-Pass Sentaku Naki KoufukuHorrible, this is an absolute cash grab, 5 hours of content stretched to 20+. There's 2 protagonist to choose from but they play out almost identically with a couple changed scenes, and about 25 endings but they're all very similar and a pain to get. The actual story's the most forgettable 5/10 thing I've ever read.
No wonder this got multiple permanent price cuts on steam, still not worth the money though.
Remember11 -The Age of Infinity-Saviour of the infinity series, the pacing is one of if not the best in any VN I've read, the mystery is very engaging, and the true answers to what is going on blew my mind. The ending is controversial, but after reading what the idea behind it was, I absolutely adore it and would barely change a thing.
Ever17 -The Out of Infinity-Heavy disappointment, sure the true route's great and there's occasionally cool stuff, but the path to it is just generic boring slice of life dating sim stuff, where is the tension? Just read 999 and Root Double instead, this is only worth it for Remember11, should have been left in the past.
The Muv-Luv Extra/Unlimited of the Infinity Series
Never7 -The End of Infinity-Boring and too long, but the true ending being good + Stockholm syndrome kicking in means I look back on it fondly. Main theme is better than Ever17's Karma.
428 ~Fuusa Sareta Shibuya de~Surprisingly engaging and well-done, the real-life pictures work very well, and the plot really heats up as it goes on.
Summer PocketsGreat Key VN, though somewhat underwhelming. The OST and Art is probably Key's best, and Kamome's route it one of my favourites in Key, but the rest of the routes were just good, not great. True route wasn't the strongest route in this, which never happens in a Key VN.
IslandDisappointing, it started off really well, though some routes weren't the best, Winter was a great arc that I really enjoyed, but then the ending just let me down hard. I preferred the anime's ending (even if the overall product was worse)
07th TheaterNice crossover parody VN, the second one story is much better than the first.
Rei-Jin-G-Lu-PMafia's a fun game so this was enjoyable for me, ending's not the best but overall it's just very entertaining.
Rose Guns DaysStarts off very slow and dull, but gets better and better with each year, 1949 is amazing and made me actually feel terrified for the characters. Ending is a bit rushed, but it's solid enough
Fata morgana no Yakata -Another Episodes-Kind of a disappointment coming off the original, the expanded prequel was nice, but a lot of it was in the original VN so it wasn't necessary. Side stories were cool though.
Fata morgana no YakataTop tier, I was loving it within an hour, and it continued to get better and better as more was revealed and the plot became clearer. OST's one of my favourites and the unique art-style makes it a delight to read.
AI: The Somnium FilesIt's Uchikoshi, was a fun ride but held back by some bad decisions, namely the gameplay being trial and error, and the fight scenes killing the tension every time.
