What makes it different is Kureha is a complete bonkers weirdo that thinks, or pretends to think she's a space alien (Sex with your daughter is wrong but I'm not your daughter I'm a space alien!). It's cute, chuuni girls are cute. Also Chise is the protagonist's niece by his sister who abandoned her and Itsuka is another niece who pretends to be his daughter when she discovers he has a daughter fetish.
