Description

The protagonist is a policewoman working in Shinjuku, a city that has become unsafe after a series of violent crimes known as the "X-Day Incidents".

While responding to a call late one night, an unknown assailant attacked her, and when she regained consciousness she had a collar with a poison delivery mechanism, capable of being activated remotely, around her neck.

Amidst the chaos and right before the protagonist’s eyes were men with suspicious backgrounds. They’re all part of an organisation composed of former police officers and have taken it upon themselves to investigate the brutal cases.

Without knowing whether she should trust these men or not, she suddenly became the person who held the key to this massive case.

In order to remove the collar that places her at the edge of death and to liberate Shinjuku from the malice that binds it, she cooperates; beginning to investigate the incidents with the men.

Who holds her life in their hands?
Will Shinjuku ever return to its former glory?

<report>The art of the game, the characters and the seyuus are incredible. However, the backgrounds leave something to be desired, being very strange, they look like photos that were badly treated, in low resolution.
The story is repetitive, it would be possible to use one case per route, or even each route to approach the story in a different way, as it is in CODE REALIZE. So I felt that I had already played all the routes after playing Mineo's and Okazaki's.
In the end what kept me playing were the characters, after all, on the Mineo route I already knew the whole plot. I mean the personal history of the characters was good.
Compared to Code realize that each route is very different at the end, I felt myself playing a Mobile otome game, where the end is repeated and only the cgs change.

<report>A solid otome game, there is a reason why this has such a high score. Highly recommend it.

Pros:
- actually interesting plot (kind of a hit and miss factor in otome)
- great, varied characters
- good pacing, can be a bit slow at times but for the most part I was not bored

Cons: none I can remember
- the fact that Shiraishi's personality does a complete 180 flip...I liked him at the start...RIP

<report>Just finished playing this game, I loved it: beautiful art, good voice acting, the story was pretty interesting and the guys had huge ass hands.
The OP and ED had me kinda like wth but...I kinda love them now(?)
I did cry at least once for each route (Shiraishi's route got me feeling betrayed and salty and then sad for him >:C) and smiled many times. I got attached to the characters and that's everything I want from my otomes.
I can't give it a 10/10 because I felt a little bored at times maybe because the investigation sections were mostly stuff I already heard from the other routes.
Would 100% reccomend it tho

<report>A plot heavy mystery otome game where you have the chance to play detective!

Pros: Very engaging and fast pace plot that has no obvious plot holes (to me at least), great music (how the ending song was placed in one of the good endings made me sob like a baby), small details throughout the game that made it more sophisticated, overall pretty art

Cons: LIs and MC weren't that likable to me, art was inconsistent in cgs, 'truth' route was a big let down compared to the route before it

<report>The reason why I gave a 10 for this game is because it is a classic otoge that I would recommend to any new player in this genre. It may not be a perfect game to everyone, but it's certainly made an impact to me. It was my 2nd otome game I ever played and I have never forgotten the goosebumps, the tears, the emotional roller coaster I felt while playing this game.

As someone who don't self-insert in games, I am generally calm playing games and just find it enjoyable to play. But this game made me sooooo emotionally invested. I can't move on for days after playing!! In fact, only AFTER A YEAR, I can actually pick up the FD to play because I was too broken previously. Anyways, it is a masterpiece (except Yanagi), full of plot, mystery, romance, great MC and great voice actor casts!

<report>Man, I really thought I would give this game 8 or 9, but it's too good
The worst parts are not even it's fault, the translation is rough and sound mixing is horrible (music was min voices max and still there were rough spots), but both can be endured
Warnings however are completely valid. I enjoy mature games and consistent tone, so I didn't mind blood, violence and grey areas, but that's not for everyone
Art is gorgeous, went to get its artbook immediately after finishing
Characters are great, MC is a pleasure to play as.
That said, this is the first otome where a character gave me a horrible ick and not really for any the problematic tropes. I like tsunderes enough, but after I finished all the extras I hate Sasazuka even more for being an unbearable asshole through and through.

<report>This was the first "expensive" otome game I played bc it was top 1 in a lot of rankings of best otome games for Switch. I first played blind, got a bad ending and haven't played the game for months.
One day I decided to finish it. My fave LI is Takeru, the most popular.
But I didn't really like the game, bc it's plot heavy and I prefer otome games focused on romance.

Pros: wonderful art, good music, very good LIs! Some cool romance and cute scenes.

Cons: plot heavy. I'm not very interested in detective stories.

<report>A surprisingly good visual novel with some interesting ideas. Otome isn't a genre I venture into too often since the majority of them are woman's novels dedicated to girls who dream to find their charming prince who will make their life for them (nothing wrong with that, it's just doesn't make for compelling storytelling, although I suppose the same is true for eroges) but this one managed to surprise me. On a side note, it also offers a pretty compelling exploration of justice, albeit not as deep as Full Metal Demon Muramasa (although unlike Muramasa it doesn't insult my ideological worldview so I guess it's better in that regard, lol).

The setting is pretty interesting taking places in... Read more »

<report>✔️ GAME COMPLETED 100%

💘 ROUTES (BY PLAYED ORDER && RECOMMENDED)
As a Tragic endings lover, I was very disappointed. Fortunately the game concept made up for it.

❖ Mineo
Great starting route. Mineo is cute, we have a good time and no real spoils.

❖ Takeru
Takeru was a way more interesting route that I thought, the route is also entertaining.

❖ Kei
Kei's route is my second favorite route. I really like him. I feel like he's a modern version of an emo boy lol.

❖ Kageyuki
The most surprising route! I was sure i would hate this guy but he became my #1 fav route. His route really have all the elements i'm looking for in a otome: great relation building, amazing revelations and no time to... Read more »
