<report>Short and pretty violent otome (?) game about trying to survive when some guy kidnaps you.

I get how it looks but it's actually kind of fun. Just don't start it thinking about reading some gruesome things. Actual fun of this game is to try to survive and search for new paths through numerous choices.

Maybe it sounds tedious to play but it makes you feel good when you find another possible path. Think about Fushigi Densha for example. Since the game is pretty short, you shouldn't feel really lost in it and it's easy to get at least half of the endings for each of 3 routes yourself.
