Description

The isolated Pacific island of Mikumo has no internet nor cell phones, not even any convenience stores or family restaurants. There’s not much to do in terms of entertainment. It is here that Tsukasa begins his new school life, a new beginning, with both hope and unease. He shares a room with a guy who he meets for the first time. <report>Im kinda sad because this vn had a lot of potential, the CGs are really good, the ost is a banger (the OP/END animation too), the H scenes are very well made (they aren't necessary though), the only part that i didn't like was the plot, the mistery part is kinda obvious and feels mediocre, im not sure if its the direction of the story or the writing that makes it boring, but i felt that this vn just needed to be more polished.

However this vn isn't bad at all, like i said everything not related to the plot was really nice, guess that it wasn't my cup of tea, 6.5/10

It's not bad The plot of this game is very good. because it provides both ideas on life, philosophy and social problems that most people overlook. Jokes are inserted to relieve stress in some scenes. But what I think shouldn't be in this game is fantasy-- oops... is that a spoiler.....?, I think this game is worth playing :))

A very common point in all 4 routes is that every route consists of the main character or the heroine making changes. Taking a leap towards a better life or achieving a goal etc. This vn does a great job is illustrating this especially towards the end where tsukasa and alpha wanting to make change .

Yet, there are still a bunch of flaws about the vn . One being how poorly they handled the pacing.

The 3 normal routes were just typical slice of life with a bit of romance, not to mention that the H scenes felt uneccessary. There were a bit of mystery involved which got me thinking... Read more »

I have to say that, Re:Lief has one of the best art styles ever in a VN to the point that it's unfair to compared them to other VNs. Granted art as of itself is subjective so...



The story of the game is as fantastic as it can get, the genre which is Sci-fi is really well handled and you can tell specially at the ending of the true route that えある (main writter for the game) had so much passion about the AI's and futuristic setting of the game that can easily drop your jaw.

I personally am not very fond of the SoL genre in general. I find that they are boring and unintuitive because they use the same formula repeatedly and most are usually very bland in nature. Perhaps preferred by ones who like to waste their time. Now if the SoL is interesting due to its setting, characters, or themes, I am all up for it, but unfortunately Re:LieF is a visual novel that will definitely waste your time on. I read this visual novel and I am purposely writing a review on it so that you don't waste your time with this garbage.
