In the enchanting town of Fueya, where fairies are whispered to reside, a legend weaves its way through the hearts and minds of the townspeople. A magical night known as "Fairy Night" graces the town once a year, where the sky bursts into life with sparkling diamond dust, and happiness and miracles are said to unfold. Though the townspeople take the legend with a grain of salt, they can't help but eagerly await Fairy Night with bated breath.

Nestled on the outskirts of Fueya, a quaint Western-style pastry shop called Folkroll has been the apple of the community's eye for decades. Famed for its mouthwatering cakes, the beloved shop has warmed the hearts and taste buds of generations. However, with the elderly pastry chef hospitalized due to an injury, the shop's future hangs in the balance.

Determined to save their cherished patisserie, the pastry chef's granddaughter, Meru, and her best friend, Koori, make a wish upon a star on the night of the fairies, hoping for a guardian angel to rescue their shop. As if by magic, a mysterious young man named Yamada Kurou appears before them with no memories of his past or why he came to town. With no place to call home, Kurou begins working at Folkroll. To everyone's surprise, he possesses a wealth of knowledge about cakes and becomes the patissier who breathes new life into the shop.

As Kurou and his newfound friends join forces to save Folkroll from an uncertain fate, will he eventually remember who he is and uncover why he arrived in Fueya?
