DescriptionUmezono Ryouga inherits his late grandfather's Shinto shrine, having nowhere else to go and no relatives left alive to stay with. There, he accidentally summons and unseals a goddess which nearly eats him alive. Fortunately, he is able to get out of it by offering to cook and buy said goddess Waka-sama all the delicious food that the little money he earns from his part-time job can buy. Brimming with curiousity, Waka-sama ventures out into modern Japan with Ryouga, looking for her sister and discovering new foods, sights, spirits, monsters, and gods all the while. |
