And tonight, someone continues to chase this fable within the streets of Sahoro.

By pure coincidence, our protagonist, Nezu Mikage, happens to be at the scene of Miss Arte's latest stunt. Surprisingly, he deduces that the true identity of Miss Arte is his classmate, the ojou-sama (young lady) Arise Kaguya.

Kaguya, not wanting her secret to be unveiled, attempts to recruit Mikage into the phantom thief group she formed to realize her ambitions, but it doesn't quite go as planned.
