<report>Went into this with not much expectations, just short lovey-dovey scenes with tons of long H - but oh boy was I wrong. Quite a pleasant surprise! fandiscのくせに。。。

I highly recommend it if you're a Rouge fan like me and felt unsatisfied with the few interactions between her and her mom in the main game as well.
The story parts do a good job of giving the reader a much better understanding and appreciation of their mother-daughter relationship, their past and makes you see why they both acted the way they did in the main game. Nicely it also touches the topic why and how Rouge feels towards the family and children topic, hence why it was epilogue in the main game.
