Takumi is a normal guy who barely gets by with part-time jobs. One day, he was asked to attend the prestigious private school Rokuroku Gakuen while impersonating a rich student that looks just like him. <report>The translation is fine.
Its definitely my least favorite yuzusoft title (out of the translated ones atleast, otherwise i cant read). Idk. perhaps I don't enjoy noble royalty kind of setting. Its still a yuzusoft title though, so it was still an enjoyable read with good humor and romance.

<report>This, like every other Yuzusoft game, is a great Moege. Play for the pure love waifus. The main issue with Noble Works is how painfully mundane the scenarios are. Yuzusoft games aren't exactly known known for utilizing their settings for anything other than being a backdrop for the waifus, but at least there's a modicum of something interesting happening around the characters. To be fair, though, I have a particularly unfair view, since I've practically played every English-translated Yuzusoft game before playing this one, so I'm already used to- and have come to fully expect- quality moe. It also suffers from having terribly annoying support characters who repeat the same, unfunny joke multiple times per scene.

A fine game on it's own, weak when compared to other Yuzusoft games.

<report>Noble Works is a Yuzusoft game.
So you know you get a feel good Moege with some good drama. And that is essentially the core of the Game.
The Characters all are well written, with some variance, essentially likeable and have, again, to varying degrees, meaningful stories.

It might not be the best Yuzusoft game, but it is a damn good one, at least as long as you know that you like Yuzusoft. Full Disclaimer: I played this before I knew what a Yuzusoft Game is, and I really, really liked it.
Nowadays I might look back and say well it's a Yuzusoft game since I played more from their Cataloge. But I still think of it fondly, as I essentially do with every other of their games. It might not change your world. But it's really good fun while it lasts.

<report>The yususoft games are good but i cant make the 100% in one row for various reasons.
The settings of the game is for me is under developed, the common route is too common and i find it a bit too short ( Senren Bankan per example is balanced ).

The repartitions of the heroines is not really balanced for me, from one side we have Akari/Sena and the annoying Hinata who know the real identity of the Protagonist and on the other side those who don't Maya and Shizuku; for the moment i have cleared only Shizuku, side route homeroom teacher and playing Maya route atm. I will probably make Sena after Maya but the 2 other arent interesting for me.

- the best route is Shizuku
- the Best girl it is Shizuku + Sena

<report>I decided to read Noble Works because I was looking for this specific setting. A fancy school, a plethora of Ojou-sama heroines, and a lighthearted atmosphere that focuses on friendship and romance. If that's the kind of thing you're looking for, I strongly suggest you give NW a try. I did, and while I don't regret it, it wasn't all I wanted it to be.
First, the good parts.
-The setting, as I said before, is pretty well-done. The students use formal Japanese, which, if you're not used to seeing it translated, might sound clunky. The girls at the school are being trained to become good wives for CEOs, not CEOs themselves. The main character jumps from extreme poverty to extreme luxury... Read more »

<report>Just finished the game and that finishes up all the Yuzusoft games I could play until Parquet comes out. Took me a bit of thinking of where to put it, and I honestly can't justify a rating higher or lower than 7/10.

It came down to my taste and what Yuzusoft is good at, which is melodrama and character interactions. A story is there, but it's only really a full story if you go with the main heroine's route. Which isn't bad - honestly, this is actually the Yuzusoft game with the least complaint that I have (aside for some things that has aged). None of the routes was as fun as Nene's, Ayase's, Lena's, or Murasame's from the other games, but I don't have any route that I disliked.

Akari was... Read more »

<report>After putting Noble Works off for a while, I decided to finally give it a try, and just recently finished it.
I have played all the localized Yuzusoft titles plus Dracu Riot.
So as a result, playing all the ones released after Noble Works release and then going back to read Noble Works made it clear to me that Noble Works itself isn't a bad moege, but compared to some of the other Yuzusoft works, it isn't anything particularly special either.
First the good. I give props to Yuzusoft for crafting an interesting premise.
The story starts with the protagonist Takumi, a poor guy who has just lost his job, finds his life turned upside down when he meets someone who looks just like him. After... Read more »
