The asphalt, hot from the daytime, releases steam as the rain hits. It is a typical summer scene.
Within the crowd of people moving around, there was a girl looking up at the sky with an expression of grief. She didn’t have an umbrella, so the girl hid in the crowd and used them as an umbrella. The girl was wearing a summer school uniform. If it gets struck with rain, it’ll become transparent. With her white skin, it seems even her blood vessels would be seen. The girl must have wanted to go home immediately… However, she made a fatal error in judgement.
She breaks away from the crowd and into a small alley.
After hesitating, she moves through the alley at a quick pace. Usually, one wouldn’t travel this dark route… obvious by her facial expression. However, under these circumstances, it can’t be avoided.
